Hotel Reservations & Channels Specialist - Remote

We are a hotel group in Saudi Arabia, operating 3 tourism accommodation properties along with hospitality operations.

We are digitizing our operations and improving distribution and revenue efficiency across all booking channels, and we are looking for someone to lead this area professionally.Role SummaryWe are seeking a specialist with a strong command of electronic reservation systems, channel managers, and both global and local booking platforms.

The role manages the group's digital presence across all channels, synchronizes rates and availability, prevents overbookings, and increases occupancy and revenue.This is a remote, part-time position.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and synchronize rooms, rates, and availability across all booking channels through a Channel Manager, and prevent overbookings.Create and update hotel listings on each platform (content, photos, descriptions, policies, amenities), and improve content quality and ranking.Monitor rate parity across channels, and apply promotions and dynamic pricing to increase occupancy and revenue.Manage and respond to guest reviews across platforms to enhance the hotels' reputation.Connect to official platforms and issue electronic invoices in line with approved systems.Prepare periodic performance reports: occupancy rate, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and each channel's contribution.Resolve technical issues: mapping errors and sync interruptions between the hotel system and the channels.Coordinate with the front desk, reservations team, and the hotel's manager, and improve visibility through Google Hotel Ads and search engines.Leverage AI tools to streamline daily tasks, content creation, reporting, and guest communication.

At least two years of experience in hotel distribution, reservations, or revenue management.Proficiency with a Channel Manager (Beds24 preferred) and a hotel PMS.Strong knowledge of major OTA platforms (Booking, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb).Proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.Proficiency in English (platform interfaces are in English), in addition to Arabic.Strong reporting.Accuracy, organization, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and platforms.
