HR Manager
Job Description
The HR Manager will lead and develop the company’s human resources function across factories, offices, warehouses, and other operational locations.
The role will support the company’s rapid growth by building effective HR systems, attracting and retaining qualified employees, improving performance, and strengthening the company culture.
Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.Review and improve the organizational structure, reporting lines, job descriptions, and manpower plans.Lead recruitment for managerial, engineering, technical, administrative, sales, and factory positions.Build structured recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and probation-evaluation processes.Design and implement performance-management systems, departmental KPIs, and employee appraisal cycles.Develop salary grades, compensation structures, benefits, incentives, and promotion policies.Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, employee records, contracts, social insurance, and personnel operations.Develop HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and approval workflows.Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, productivity, retention, and workforce costs.Develop annual training plans, leadership-development programs, career paths, and succession plans.Support factory management in improving worker discipline, engagement, productivity, and retention.Lead employee-engagement, internal-communication, and recognition initiatives.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social-insurance requirements, and company policies.Lead the digital transformation of HR processes through Odoo or other HR management systems.Prepare HR dashboards and reports for senior management.Build, manage, and develop the HR team across all company locations.Report directly to the CEO and provide recommendations regarding people, structure, leadership, and organizational performance
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.HR diploma, MBA, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent certification is preferred.10–15 years of progressive HR experience.At least 4 years of experience in an HR leadership or managerial position.Strong experience in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, electrical products, or consumer-products companies.Previous experience managing HR operations for a workforce of 500 employees or more is strongly preferred.Proven experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.Strong experience in recruitment, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.Proven ability to build or transform HR departments, policies, systems, and organizational structures.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, personnel administration, and disciplinary procedures.Experience developing salary grades, incentive schemes, competency frameworks, career paths, and succession plans.Strong understanding of manpower planning, workforce productivity, and HR cost management.Experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or another HR/ERP system is preferred.Strong analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.Strategic thinker with strong practical execution capabilities.High level of integrity, confidentiality, fairness, and accountability.Ability to work effectively in factories and fast-paced operational environments.Excellent Arabic and very good written and spoken English.Willingness to travel regularly between company factories, offices, warehouses, and operational locations.
