Overview: As our HR Section Head, you will be at the forefront of our human capital strategy, ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our HR functions.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a dedicated HR team, guiding them in daily operations and professional development.Oversee and optimize all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and organizational goals.Champion employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Collaborate effectively with various departments to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support.Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles, coupled with strong Management and Engineering insights to navigate complex operational environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential, alongside experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Experience & Career Level:A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial capacity.This role is tailored for a seasoned Manager ready to take on a strategic leadership position.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.Strong background in Management, with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.A solid understanding of operational processes, potentially informed by an Engineering background or experience in technically oriented environments.Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technological tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.Key Focus Areas: Strong background in Compensation & Benefits (Comp &Ben) and Organizational Development (OD).
