HR Specialist
Job Description
To manage payroll, personnel administration, social insurance, payroll tax (Employment Income Tax), and employee records while ensuring full compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Tax Law, and the company's HR policies and procedures.
The role aims to ensure payroll accuracy, legal compliance, data confidentiality, and operational efficiency
1.
Payroll AdministrationPrepare and process the monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.Review attendance, overtime, leave balances, absences, and deductions before payroll processing.Calculate salaries, allowances, incentives, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and final settlements.Prepare end-of-service settlements for resigned or terminated employees.Coordinate payroll data with the Finance Department.Ensure payroll confidentiality and data security.Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.

Employment Income Tax (Payroll Tax)Calculate monthly Employment Income Tax in accordance with the Egyptian Income Tax Law.Prepare monthly and annual payroll tax reconciliations.Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and statutory forms within legal deadlines.Monitor changes in tax legislation affecting payroll.Coordinate with Finance during tax inspections and audits.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Social Insurance AdministrationRegister newly hired employees with the Social Insurance Authority.Process employee terminations and insurance deregistration.Prepare and submit all required social insurance forms.Calculate monthly social insurance contributions.Ensure timely submission and payment of social insurance obligations.Coordinate with the Social Insurance Authority regarding employee records and legal compliance.Monitor legislative updates related to social insurance regulations.

Personnel AdministrationPrepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and HR-related official documents.Maintain complete and updated employee personnel files.Process contract renewals, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions.Manage employee leave records, attendance, and personnel transactions.Update employee information in the HRMS/ERP system.Process employee resignations, terminations, and exit documentation.Issue employment certificates and official HR correspondence.

Labor Law ComplianceEnsure compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law and executive regulations.Support management on labor law interpretation and employee relations matters.Monitor updates in labor legislation and communicate changes internally.Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.Prepare documentation required for labor office inspections and governmental audits.
