HSE Assistant / Safety Watch

Support the HSE Officer in applying safety rules and procedures inside the factory.Monitor workers’ compliance with PPE requirements.Conduct daily safety rounds in production areas, warehouses, loading/unloading areas, and utilities.Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.Assist in monitoring risky activities such as welding, cutting, maintenance work, loading/unloading, and chemical handling.Help ensure fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and safety equipment are accessible and in good condition.Support housekeeping and safe workplace practices.Follow up on workers’ commitment to safety instructions during shifts.Assist in emergency situations and evacuation procedures when needed.Follow the instructions of the HSE Officer and factory management.Work on shifts when required.

Previous experience in safety, HSE, or industrial site monitoring is required.Experience in factories, warehouses, chemical plants, paint, resin, or solvent-based manufacturing is preferred.Basic knowledge of PPE, workplace hazards, fire safety, and emergency response.Ability to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.Good observation and reporting skills.Discipline, commitment, and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work inside a factory environment.Ability to work shifts.
