HSE Engineer

Plan and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures.Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and managing safety incidents is also desirable.Perform to identify and evaluate workplace hazards, implement preventive measures, and effectively communicate safety guidelines to employees.Perform On-site Safety Training and Back-up Equipment Inspection.Analysis and review of Safety Statistics.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.12–15 years of experience in HSE within construction or engineering projects.Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) are preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work on-site and manage safety compliance across large projects.Proficiency in preparing HSE reports and safety documentation.Significant experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety protocols.Additionally, experience in investigating and analyzing safety incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions is important.
