Responsibilities:Develop and Implement: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems and quality control procedures to meet regulatory standards and company objectives.Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses, developing effective mitigation strategies to prevent incidents and promote a safe working environment.Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to local and international HSE regulations and quality standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.Audits & Inspections: Perform regular HSE and quality audits, inspections, and site visits to identify non-conformities and drive corrective actions.Incident Investigation: Lead and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures.Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver engaging HSE training programs to employees, fostering a proactive safety culture.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on HSE and Quality Control performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate HSE and Quality best practices into all operational processes.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Engineering principles, deep knowledge of HSE Management Systems, and proven expertise in Quality Control.

You will leverage your skills in Risk Assessment, Environmental Compliance, Safety Audits, and Root Cause Analysis to drive operational excellence.

Experience with Process Improvement methodologies and Manufacturing Safety protocols is highly valued.
