HSE Section Head

Lead and oversee the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) section to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems, procedures, and programs across the organization.Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to enhance awareness and competency among employees and contractors.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.Prepare and present detailed HSE performance reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and improvement opportunities.Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance and best practice adoption.Promote a proactive safety culture by leading safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, ensuring readiness for potential incidents.Support the integration of sustainability and environmental initiatives in alignment with company objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.Males onlyMinimum 7 years of experience in HSE, preferably in heavy industry or manufacturing.Residence in Menoufia or Giza is required.Proven experience in leading HSE teams and handling section responsibilities.Strong knowledge of local/international HSE regulations and practices.Ability to work on-site and handle dynamic industrial environments.Demonstrated commitment to safety culture and environmental responsibility.
