Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership:Develop, implement, and enforce robust HSE policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with national and international standards.
  • Risk Mastery:Lead comprehensiveRisk Managementinitiatives, identifying potential hazards and implementing effective mitigation strategies across all project phases.
  • Compliance & Assurance:Conduct thoroughSafety Auditsand inspections to ensure strict adherence to allHealth, Safety and Environmentregulations and internal guidelines.
  • Incident Management:OverseeIncident Investigationprocesses, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Team Development:Mentor and guide HSE personnel, fostering a proactive and engaged safety culture within the team and across the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience & Expertise:A minimum of5-10 years of progressive experiencein Health, Safety, and Environment management, with significant exposure to installation, maintenance, repair, or project management environments.
  • Managerial Acumen:Proven track record in aManagerlevel role, demonstrating strongLeadershipand the ability to effectively manage teams, projects, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Core Competencies:Exceptional proficiency inHSEprinciples,Risk Management, and the practical application ofSafety and Environmentbest practices.
  • Regulatory Mastery:In-depth knowledge of local and internationalEnvironmental Regulationsand occupational health and safety standards (e.g.,OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001,ISO 14001).
  • Key Skills:Demonstrated capabilities in conductingSafety Audits, managingCompliance Managementsystems, leadingIncident Investigation, developingEmergency Response Planning, and drivingProject Safety Management.
