HSE Specialist

Overview: As an HSE Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and monitoring robust Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.

Responsibilities:Lead the charge in establishing and maintaining comprehensive HSE policies and procedures across R&D, construction, and logistics operations.Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective control measures to mitigate potential hazards.Perform regular safety audits and inspections to identify non-compliance and areas for improvement.Oversee and conduct meticulous incident investigations, analyzing root causes and developing preventative actions.Develop and deliver engaging HSE training programs to all levels of personnel, fostering a strong safety culture.Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and permits.Collaborate with engineering, science, and logistics teams to integrate safety into project planning and execution.Prepare and present detailed HSE reports and performance metrics to management.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in HSE, OSHA, Health and Safety Management, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment, and Safety Audits. A strong background in Science and Engineering principles is essential, complemented by excellent communication skills in English.
