HSE Supervisor (Manufacturing)

- Lead the development and execution of health and safety programs in compliance with local regulations and company policies.- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels.- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.- Ensure fire safety systems and emergency preparedness plans are up-to-date and functional.- Maintain accurate safety and security documentation.- Stay updated on legal and industry best practices related to safety and security.- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.- Manage security personnel and coordinate shift schedules.- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security audits.- Handle incidents such as theft, breaches, or emergencies, and prepare incident reports.- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency response teams when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Security Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.- Strong knowledge of security systems, safety regulations, and risk management.- Proven leadership and crisis management skills.- Excellent communication and training delivery skills.- Has connections with the Safety Office in 10th of Ramadan City.- Able to work outside the office when required.- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
