HVAC Supervisor

Job Purpose:Supervise site labor and daily activities for civil construction work, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Responsible for coordinating manpower and site logistics and acts as a key link between site workers and the engineering team.Main job duties and responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of skilled and unskilled laborers on construction activities.Distribute tasks and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and instructions.Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the Senior Engineer.Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, following safety standards and site rules.Read and interpret basic construction drawings to guide team members.Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and technical standards.Ensure timely availability of required materials and tools on site.Ensure proper use, handling, and maintenance of tools and equipment.Address any issues or delays with the workforce and escalate unresolved problems.Maintain discipline and productivity among workers.Assist in site preparation, setting out, and basic layout tasks.Participate in toolbox talks and ensure workers are aware of site safety protocols.Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.

Educational background and previous experience:Technical Diploma in Civil, Construction, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in site execution within the construction industry, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
