Job Description
- Prepareductwork quotations, estimates, and costing sheetsfor customers in Egypt and GCC markets.
- Review customerdrawings, specifications, LPOs, and project requirementsand verify quantities and technical details.
- Preparetechnical submittals, compliance statements, calculations, schedules, and order documentation.
- Create and processOERs, OPRs, Sales Orders, and Order Acknowledgementsthrough the company ERP system.
- Prepare and updateAutoCAD tag drawings and tag listsfor different production stages.
- Provide technical support to theSales Teamregarding ductwork requirements, quotations, selections, and customer inquiries.
- Communicate with clients throughemails, phone calls, and meetings when requiredto clarify technical and order requirements.
- Coordinate withProduction, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Salesto ensure smooth and timely order processing.
- Monitor quotations, orders, drawings, and technical submissions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support management withcosting, pricing, technical clarification, and project-related requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inMechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experiencein HVAC estimation, technical office, technical sales support, or order processing.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC ductwork estimation or technical office is mandatory.
- Good knowledge ofHVAC ductwork, duct fabrication, materials, dimensions, and technical drawings.
- Good working knowledge ofAutoCADand engineering drawings.
- Experience withquotations, costing, technical submittals, and compliance statements.
- Experience usingERP systemsfor quotations, sales orders, OPRs, and order processing.
- GoodExcelskills for costing, quantity verification, calculations, and reporting.
- Excellent command ofEnglish, especially technical and commercial emails and documents.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively undertight deadlines.
- Experience inHVAC ductwork manufacturing or fabrication.
- Experience withGCC projects or customers.
- Familiarity with HVAC standards such asSMACNA, DW/144, BS, EN, AMCA, and NFPA.
