Job Description
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s operations.Track shipments across different channels.Follow the clearance process and handle any problem may occur.Request & coordinate the transportation of all shipments and monitor till receiving in our warehouses.Prepare all necessary documentation for handling logistics work in accordance with internal Logistics department rules and regulations, and any other documents as neededCompile, sort, and verify accuracy of information prior entering into the system.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.Provide detailed service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.Follow up and review customer invoices from making the orders to arrive to delivery destination.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Bachelor’s Degree.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.2-3 years of experience in field.Take responsibility for the work.Very Good English Level is a must.Very Good in Microsoft Package is a must (especially Excel).Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
