Installation Engineer

Oversee and manage elevator and escalator installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, procurement, and installation to ensure seamless project execution.Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation and ensure on-site compliance with industry standards and client requirements.Onboard client/MC by explaining what falls under their scope so that the site is ready by the time the goods are delivered to avoid delays.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.Conduct site visits to supervise installation activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed.Liaise with clients to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.Assist in the commissioning and handover of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.3 to 7 years of proven experience within the elevators industry is a MUST.Strong understanding of elevator/escalator systems, components, and installation procedures.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Solid knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to construction and installation projects.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
