Instructional Designer
Job Description
Design and develop engaging instructional materials and e-learning content tailored to diverse learner needs.Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and ensure content accuracy.Apply instructional design theories, practice, and models to create effective learning experiences.Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness.Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, and video to enhance course interactivity.Continuously review and update course content to reflect current trends and best practices in education and technology.Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deliver, track, and report on training programs.Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.Provide guidance and support to instructors and facilitators on course delivery and instructional strategies.Ensure all instructional materials comply with accessibility and quality standards.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.Proven ability to design and implement effective learning solutions for various audiences.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital education platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently in a home-based (remote) environment.Strong project management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality educational materials.Adaptability to evolving technologies and educational trends.
