Interior Designer

Develop and execute interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion within scope.Conduct site visits to assess progress, ensure design intent is maintained, and resolve any on-site issues.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.Present design proposals and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.Salary is determined based on:Quality of previous work.Proficiency in software programs.Years of experience.Speed of completion.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience in interior design engineering or a similar role.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer and other design software.Residence of 6th of October and near by area only.Have your own laptop.Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Experience working in an office-based environment.Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
