Responsibilities:Orchestrate end-to-end logistics operations for international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Manage and optimize supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any issues or delays that may arise.Maintain accurate documentation for all international transactions, including customs declarations and shipping manifests.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.Analyze logistics data to identify trends, forecast demands, and report on key performance indicators.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Logistics Operations and Supply Chain Management daily.

Exceptional Qualifications:A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in International Logistics Operations or Supply Chain Management.Proven expertise in Logistics and Logistics Operations, with a strong understanding of global trade principles.In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management best practices and optimization techniques.Demonstrable experience with International Shipping procedures and documentation.Solid understanding of Customs Regulations and compliance for various regions.Experience working with Freight Forwarding companies and managing carrier relationships.Strong capabilities in Vendor Management and negotiation.Excellent Problem Solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.Superior Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for effective international collaboration.Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions.Familiarity with ZOHO Logistics or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.A track record of contributing to Process Improvement initiatives within logistics.This is an Experienced career level role, requiring a candidate who can hit the ground running and lead with confidence.
