Inventory Supervisor

Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory management with business needs.Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize storage.Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.Prepare detailed inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and variances.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.Supervise and train warehouse staff on inventory best practices and safety protocols.Manage inventory documentation, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.Collaborate with IT and operations to enhance inventory tracking systems and processes.

5-8 years of proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the food or FMCG sector.Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in food distribution.
