Job Description
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques Provide support physically in site whenever possible.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Provide needed information on IT products or services
0 - 2 Years of Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a Relevant Field.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Any System/Network administration recognized certificate is a plus. knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, , Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, Etc.
