Job Description

Perform hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for computers, printers, and IT equipment.Install and maintain network cabling and fiber optic connections.Support installation and maintenance of CCTV / surveillance camera systems.Assist in network infrastructure setup, racks, patch panels, and switches.Support PBX / IP phone systems installation and troubleshooting.Follow up on IT equipment installations and technical projects.Maintain IT inventory and track hardware assets and spare parts.Prepare maintenance and technical reports.

2+ years of experience in IT Technician or IT Infrastructure roles.Experience with network cabling, fiber optic installations, and structured cabling.Knowledge of CCTV systems and security camera installation.Basic knowledge of networking and switches.Experience with PBX / IP telephony systems is preferred.Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Requirements & Qualifications
