IT Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on MES & Industrial Software Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating manufacturing software solutions, supporting factory automation projects, and connecting machines and industrial equipment with business systems.The role involves working on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IoT integrations, production monitoring solutions, and ERP integrations to improve operational efficiency and production visibility.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions.Integrate IoT devices and industrial equipment with software systems.Design and support production monitoring and tracking systems.Develop software applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET / C#).Manage and optimize SQL Server databases.Build and maintain API integrations with ERP and third-party systems.Support factory automation and machine communication projects.Integrate barcode, RFID, and production tracking technologies.Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support when needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing operations and system performance

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience in manufacturing software systems or industrial environments.Good knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).Experience with IoT device integrations.Strong experience in software development using .NET Framework and C#.Good knowledge of SQL Server databases.Experience with API integrations and system integrations.Ability to communicate with machines and industrial equipment.Experience with barcode systems, RFID systems, automation, or production tracking systems is a plus.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Hands-on and detail-oriented personality.Good communication and teamwork skills.Good English communication skills are preferred.
