IT Manager

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud systems).Oversee internet connections and ISP management, including redundancy, bandwidth optimization, and service provider coordinationConfigure and monitor SD-WAN and network performance.Implement and manage cybersecurity controls including firewalls, VPNs, backups, and disaster recoveryManage email security systems (anti-spam, anti-phishing, email encryption, threat protection)Implement and monitor SIEM solutions for centralized log management, threat detection, and incident responseManage monitoring systems (network monitoring, server monitoring, uptime tracking, alerts)Oversee and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV, NVR, IP cameras, access control integration). network stability, availability, and performance.Lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and deploymentsSupervise IT staff and provide technical leadershipManage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and procurementDevelop and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and compliance procedures.Ensure dataprotection, business continuity, and disaster recovery readinessProvide technical support and service excellence to end users.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong knowledge of networking, routing, switching, and ISP managementExperience with firewalls (e.g., FortiGate)Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere)Experience with SIEM solutions and log analysisKnowledge of monitoring tools (network/server monitoring systems)Experience managing email security platformsExperience with CCTV and surveillance systemsFamiliarity with cloud platforms. leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
