Key Responsibilities:Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a talented team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Strategic Vision: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of IT projects, aligning technology initiatives with overarching business objectives.Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of all IT systems, networks, and software applications, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.Infrastructure Management: Architect and manage our critical IT infrastructure, guaranteeing security, reliability, and scalability.Budget & Vendor Management: Effectively manage the IT budget and cultivate strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers.Innovation & Improvement: Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the software development life cycle.

Experience & Expertise: A proven track record with 5-10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial capacity within IT/Software Development environments.Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to excel as a Manager, guiding teams, fostering growth, and driving project success.Core Competencies:Strong foundational knowledge in Engineering principles.Exceptional capabilities in general Management and organizational leadership.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and communication.Extensive experience in Project Management methodologies and execution.Proven skills in Team Leadership and talent development.In-depth understanding of IT Infrastructure Management and best practices.Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Ability to engage in effective Strategic IT Planning and execution.Experience with Budget Management and financial oversight of IT operations.Adept at Vendor Management and negotiation.Superior Problem Solving and analytical abilities.Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.Awareness and understanding of IT Security principles and practices.Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.Work Ethic: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables.
