Job Description
Provide technical support to users in head office and sites, for all IT services, including but not limited to operating systems, drivers, applications, and hardware, either in person, over the phone, via email, or through a ticketing system.· Install and configure computer applications and operating systems.· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.· Identify, diagnose, and resolve network-related issues.Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with computer systems and equipment.Perform routine maintenance, updates, and software installations.Maintain IT inventory, including computers, accessories, and software licenses.Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.· Prepare accurate and timely reports on support activities and system performance.· Assist in training end users on how to use various systems and technologies.· Support the deployment of new software or hardware systems within the company.Perform any additional new tasks assigned by management that are within the same specialty and nature of daily work.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.· 5+ years of similar experience is required.· Very Good command of English.· Familiar with remote assistance applications.· Familiar with the network basics & SAP system administration
