Job Description
Supervise and support IT staff (help desk, technicians, administrators)Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networksEnsure system security, data backups, and disaster recovery plans are in placeTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesManage IT projects such as system upgrades, installations, and migrationsDevelop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practicesCoordinate with vendors and service providersTrack and manage IT inventory and budgetsEnsure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirementsProvide technical guidance and training to staff
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldProven experience in IT support or administration (3–5+ years)Leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of:Networking (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls)Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)Hardware and software troubleshootingExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyPreferred CertificationsCompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+Microsoft Certified (MCSA, Azure)Cisco (CCNA)ITIL certification
