Job Description
fresh accountant fresh graduated Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactionsProduce error-free accounting reports and present their resultsAnalyze financial information and summaries financial statusParticipate in financial standards setting and in forecast processProvide input into department’s goal setting processPrepare financial statements and produce budget according to scheduleDirect internal and external audits to ensure complianceSupport month-end and year-end close processDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsAnalyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basisPrepare monthly account reconciliationsAssist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basisAnd report on variancesAssist with financial and tax auditsAssist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirementsAssist with quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepanciesOther duties as assigned.
