- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Use Odoo ERP system to execute and monitor all financial processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, reconciliations, and statements.
- Handle bank reconciliations, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Utilize Excel to build reports, dashboards, and perform advanced financial analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Ensure accurate and fast data entry for financial transactions.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and month/year-end closing.
- Assist with compliance, audits, and internal financial reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting workflows and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any relative field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in accounting.
- Strong expertise in Odoo ERP is a MUST
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, analysis).
- Fast typing and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in accounting.
