Position OverviewAs a Junior Business Automation & Zoho Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants to analyze business requirements, configure business applications, automate processes, create reports, and support client implementations.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy solving business problems through technology and want to become professional Business Solution Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Configure Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
- Support CRM customization, layouts, fields, and modules.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards.
- Participate in workflow automation and business process improvements.
- Support system testing and quality assurance.
- Help prepare user documentation and training materials.
- Participate in client meetings and implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support.
- Continuously learn new technologies and business solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience.
Technical Knowledge
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude.
- Upper-Intermediate English (Reading, Writing & Speaking). .
- CRM concepts and business process understanding.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic JavaScript (Preferred).
- Basic HTML & CSS (Preferred).
- Basic programming concepts (Variables, Conditions, Loops, Functions, Arrays/Lists, Objects/Maps).
- Database concepts.
- SQL fundamentals (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY).
- Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, filtering, sorting).Programming experience in Deluge, JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or any similar language is considered an advantage.
Previous Zoho experience is a plus, but not required.
