Junior electrical production engineer

We are seeking a proactive Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage all electrical aspects of the manufacturing process.

This role includes supervising the assembly and wiring of PCBs and other electrical components, ensuring the integration of electrical components meets our high-quality standards.

This position requires managing the entire electrical assembly process, from component procurement to final testing, ensuring that products are built to specification and function reliably.

Key Responsibilities:Source and purchase electrical components, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.Liaise with multiple factories and workshops with cable drawings and circuits documents to ensure timely receipt and acknowledgmentRegularly communicate with factory personnel to address queries and provide clarifications.Collaborate with R&D team to maintain an organized and up-to-date database of circuits and specifications.Oversee the assembly and testing of PCBs, ensuring components are accurately placed and soldered according to specifications.Manage the wiring and integration of electrical components within systems, ensuring correct connections and functionality.Perform routine inspections and tests on assembled units to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring all products meet quality standards.Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including any deviations from standard procedures and corrective actions taken.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for assembly-related issues, working closely with other production staff.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards during assembly and installation processes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.0 to 2 years of experience in electrical engineering.Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and best practices for troubleshooting.Experience with PCB design and assembly processes, knowledge of electrical components, and basic understanding of wiring and schematics.Experience with sourcing electrical components and parts from suppliers and vendors.Knowledge with circuit board design and layout, wiring diagrams, and other electrical schematicsKnowledge with design tools is preferred.Familiarity with electrical testing and validation processes.Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
