Maintain all imports and shipping documentation with accurate records.Dispatch orders and coordinate deliveries.Prepare and handle all shipping documentation (shipping declarations, final shipping declarations, etc.).Follow up with shipping lines & freight forwarders for documents issuance.Monitor and coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and global offices on shipments.Handle delayed deliveries and assist customers when needed.Record, manage, and file shipments.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Proficiency in English speaking and writing is a must.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
