Junior Mechanical Quality Control Engineer

Supervise inspection and testing of incoming mechanical materials to ensure they meet required standards.Conduct detailed testing and inspection of mechanical equipment and components.Maintain accurate and organized records for all inspections, tests, and results.Prepare and deliver technical inspection reports.Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and handling of testing and measurement tools.Test machines and equipment after manufacturing to confirm compliance with specifications.Ensure all workflows and processes comply with safety regulations and relevant codes.Review technical specifications, codes, design documents, and processes.Support system and component design that meets mechanical and performance requirements.Identify root causes of quality issues and collaborate with production teams on corrective actions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production Engineering preferred).1–3 years of experience in quality control or a related mechanical engineering role.Proficiency with engineering design software such as: CADSolidWorksFusion 360InventorStrong knowledge of mechanical measurement techniques and IEC standards.Solid understanding of mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, and materials science.Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Good project management abilities.Creativity, technical curiosity, and the ability to analyze complex mechanical problems.
