Junior MEP Mechanical Site Engineer

Prioritize mechanical work in site according to the project plan through following-up mechanical daily work implementation in the site according to specialization (HVAC / Firefighting / Plumping).Ensure work quality is matching the project’s standards and specification in coordination with the Quality Control Engineer.Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution.Issuing purchasing orders for mechanical needed materials required for mechanical work in site and follow up with the procurement department.Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the mechanical work groups at the site.Ensures that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.Reviews contractors’ invoices related to mechanical works to ensure accuracy and completeness.Prepare as-built drawing for mechanical works at site.Answer questions that arise during install, review documents submitted by the mechanical contractor to ensure that the materials that will be installed are correct.Responsible for overseeing the work of contractors over the course of the project & tracks the contractor’s scheduled milestones; materials, equipment, and labor used; the quality and workmanship of outputs, and provides the contractors, observations, recommendations, and supervision.

At least 1-3 years of experience in Site Work projects (HVAC specially in VRV or VRF is a Plus, Firefighting, Plumbing).Previous Experience in Electromechanical Contracting or in a Construction Company is a MUSTGraduated from Mechanical Engineering is a MUSTGood in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering softwareExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work under pressure
