Junior Site Architect.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Architect / Site Engineer to join our growing team and support the execution of interior fit-out and construction projects.

Location:New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt Main Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and site instructions.Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and construction conflicts.Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources.Support project management in planning and scheduling site activities.Ensure fit-out works are completed within the required timeframe and quality standards.

Experience Required:2 – 6 years Education:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Requirements:Background and practical experience in MEP coordination and fit-out projects.Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing works, and MEP systems.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Good knowledge of project coordination and site management.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).Willingness and ability to work night shifts when required for fit-out projects.
