Job Description
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to find skill deficits.Create training programs, e-learning courses, and workshops.Lead L&D projects from initial planning to final delivery.Manage vendor relationships and external training consultants.Track training metrics and ROI using LMS data.Oversee budget allocation for all educational initiatives.Monitor training adherence to guarantee high employee participation rates.Audit instructional quality across all internal and external courses.Ensure program compliance with Travel & Tourism standards and legal regulations.Update Job Description forms to align with new competencies.Collect & review the Evaluation appraisal results for all departments to assess training impacts.Improve the work environment through learning culture development.Develop and train others while managing team operations.Execute any other responsibilities or duties added by the HR Director to enhance business development and profitability.
At least 5 years’ experience in L&D functions.Has a fluent level of English language fluency. TOT Holder, and having a previous experience in designing training activities using modern techniques.
Ability to work in 2 locations inside Nasr City area.
