Landscape Architect

Develop and implement innovative landscape designs that integrate environmental sustainability and client requirements.Prepare detailed master plans, site layouts, planting schemes, and construction documents for a variety of projects.Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.Conduct site analysis to assess existing conditions, topography, vegetation, and environmental factors.Oversee the selection of materials, plants, and construction techniques that align with project goals and sustainability standards.Participate in project meetings, presentations, and client consultations to communicate design concepts and progress.Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors during the construction phase to ensure design intent is realized.Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and submittals related to landscape works.Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and environmental guidelines throughout project execution.

Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or a related field.3 to 8 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related disciplines.Proven experience in developing landscape designs for diverse project types and scales.Excellent knowledge of plant materials, horticulture, and sustainable landscape practices.Ability to interpret and develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.Strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with local building codes, environmental regulations, and permitting processes.Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
