Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a talented team of landscape designers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization through to detailed design and construction documentation.Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD Architecture and Revit Architecture to produce precise and innovative landscape designs.Ensure designs adhere to project specifications, budget constraints, and environmental regulations.Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to translate visions into executable plans.Conduct site visits and supervise project implementation to ensure design integrity and quality standards are met.Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies.
