You will ensure seamless order execution, manage local logistics, and support our sales operations from start to finish within the local market.

Key Responsibilities:Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage incoming and outgoing local sales orders, ensuring absolute accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted point of contact for domestic clients, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and delivering outstanding service.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of key chemical products.Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Partner with local freight providers and drivers to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to local clients.Sales Support & Reporting: Assist the domestic sales team by tracking sales metrics, generating reports, and maintaining accurate client data in the ERP system.

Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 2 – 5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or logistics, preferably within the chemical, commodity, or distribution industries.Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.Attributes: Proactive, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
