Logistic Supervisor

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation of raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely delivery.Manage daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and local and international transportation regulations.Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to support operational requirements.Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.Analyze logistics performance and prepare periodic reports for management.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain and logistics processes.Ensure the availability of transportation resources to meet production and customer delivery schedules.Lead and support logistics team members to achieve departmental objectives and performance targets.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, material flow, inventory management, and warehouse operations.Very good understanding of logistics activities within the manufacturing industry, including raw material handling, production support, and finished goods distribution.Experience in coordinating transportation, shipping, and warehouse operations.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
