Overview: As our Maintenance Department Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operational stability, ensuring the seamless functioning of all machinery and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of skilled technicians and engineers, fostering a high-performance environment.Develop and implement cutting-edge preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.Oversee all installation, repair, and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and safety standards.Manage department budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to achieve operational targets.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance maintenance processes and performance.Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize overall plant efficiency.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.

Priority given to those with experience in Plastic Manufacturing Field, especially PET Extrusion and Thermoforming Exceptional Leadership: A proven track record of 10-20 years of progressive experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.Engineering Prowess: Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in Engineering, with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering and significant exposure to Electrical Engineering.Maintenance Mastery: Extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive Maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.Strategic Management: Demonstrated ability in Management, including project management, budget control, and resource allocation.Problem-Solving Acumen: Superior skills in Troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems, applying Root Cause Analysis effectively.Safety Champion: In-depth understanding and commitment to industrial Safety Regulations and best practices.Technological Savvy: Experience with CMMS Software for efficient maintenance planning and execution.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective Team Leadership and cross-functional collaboration.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.Career Level: This is a Manager-level position, requiring significant leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
