Maintenance Engineer

Execute preventive and scheduled maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted operations.Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities, allocate resources effectively, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel.Develop and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of work in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.Supervise the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, and production systems.Coordinate and oversee corrective maintenance activities for unexpected equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables, and prepare periodic consumption and stock reports.Identify and procure the materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment required to support maintenance operations.Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly during high-risk maintenance activities.Evaluate maintenance team performance to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.Enhance workforce capabilities through on-the-job training, coaching, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.Participate in the recruitment, evaluation, and training needs assessment of maintenance personnel, providing recommendations for workforce development.Prepare and submit periodic and annual maintenance reports, highlighting achievements, operational challenges, equipment performance, and improvement opportunities to senior management.Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
