Maintenance Engineer - Civil/Arch - Hospitality Background

Oversee and execute maintenance operations for civil and architectural elements across Administrative and commercial properties.Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve structural, architectural, and finishing issues.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks.Prepare detailed maintenance reports, documenting issues, actions taken, and recommendations for improvements.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards in all maintenance activities.Manage emergency repairs and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance projects and repairs.Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications to improve property performance and aesthetics.Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to best practices.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil or architectural maintenance engineering. preferable Hospitality BackgroundStrong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods.Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving structural and architectural issues.Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with safety standards and building codes.Proficiency in using maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.Ability to work onsite and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
