Maintenance Manager

Develop and implement the annual maintenance plan (preventive and corrective) for all agricultural equipment and facilities.Set maintenance priorities based on technical analysis and operational needs to ensure optimal performance.Directly supervise maintenance engineers and technicians, and effectively assign daily tasks to ensure timely completion of work.Periodically evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and identify training and development needs to enhance technical efficiency.Monitor equipment breakdowns and address them as quickly as possible to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.Lead emergency plans and rapid response actions in the event of critical system failures to ensure swift restoration of operations.Ensure the availability of required spare parts by continuously updating inventory records and coordinating with the procurement department.Prepare and monitor the annual maintenance budget, ensuring adherence while maintaining a balance between quality and cost.Submit periodic reports to senior management covering equipment status, maintenance costs, breakdown rates, and recommendations.Implement and monitor occupational health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with environmental and technical regulations in all maintenance operations.Manage contracts and vendors responsible for outsourced maintenance services.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.From 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance management..Strong knowledge of farm equipment, electrical systems, water systems, and HVAC.Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and technical data analysis software.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to make quick and sound decisions.Ability to prepare technical reports and effectively analyze maintenance data.Good knowledge of quality standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and relevant environmental regulations.
