Maintenance Manager

Has to be in Site before 8:00 AM daily Manages and supervises the workshop maintenance team of the SiteAvailable 24/7 & work under on-Call system Must follow & keep Safety procedures & housekeeping for equipment & the surrounding area of the workshop Deliver necessary training and advices to the workshop maintenance team of the SiteIncrease the efficiency of the site equipment, and keep them available for use at any timePlanning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance operations of the equipments (planned maintenance 85% - breakdown not exceed 15%)Follow up the necessary spare parts, tools purchases and requisitions in accordance to the company policies and proceduresFollow up the workshop maintenance team's working days and days off schedule and shift timetable according to the company policy and procedures, and guarantee the availability of the maintenance team 24/7 Initiates the workers monthly bonus through the company policyPropose maintenance plans and future strategic goals that serve the overall mission of the company's technically, administratively and financiallyWork with cost saving principalsCommunicates effectively with other site/company sectionsRespect the client's internal regulations in term of health and safety, security, during movement inside factory either by transportation or on foot

He shall hold a Bachelor degree of Engineering in mechanical engineering.Min 20 Years experience in heavy (earth moving) equipment’s maintenance.Previous experience with international heavy equipment’s agent is an assetSelf-motivated and dynamic personalityHigh ability to work in different sites and locationsProficient in Writing in both: Arabic and English.Proficient in computer and its applicationsAbility to communicate effectively internally and externallyAbility to run special technical auditsHas communications, leadership, planning and effective guidance skillsHe shall have the capacity to analyze and solve technical problemsAlexandria Resident is Must
