Maintenance Manager

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methodsCarrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faultsDiagnosing breakdown problemsFitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctlyCarrying out quality inspections on jobsArranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or componentsControlling maintenance tools, stores and equipmentMonitoring and controlling maintenance costsDealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairsImproving health and safety policies and proceduresWriting maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelinesEnsuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field (Clubs, Hotels, Resorts, Malls, Hospitals, Compounds).Alexandria resident is preferred.
