Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or equivalent.
- Minimum5 yearsof experience in maintenance, including2 yearsin a managerial role.
- Experience in an industrial environment (paints or chemicals industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and team management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
