Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute management consulting projects across various industries.
- Assess organizational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct business analysis, research, interviews, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop organizational structures, governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and operating manuals.
- Design strategic plans, business models, KPIs, and performance management systems.
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and presentations.
- Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and knowledge assets.Preferred Experience

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, organizational development, or corporate transformation.
- Proven experience in delivering consulting projects for private or public sector organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
