Job Description
Listing Management: Add all primary and resale property listings to our platforms, including gathering and organizing essential data such as photos and captions.Online Presence: Monthly management of property listings on all platforms to maximize visibility and reach.Market Analysis: Analyze and monitor our presence on all platforms, as well as assess competitor listings to identify trends and opportunities.WhatsApp campaigns. : will be responsible for whatsApp campaigns through an application that sends automatically bulk messagesData Collection and uploading : Collect project data in alignment with our WhatsApp group, enhancing and maintaining accurate records in our server.CRM : updating and uploading owners data in CRM.Issue Detection: Assist in identifying and troubleshooting any issues on our main website to ensure a seamless user experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
