Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to oversee the execution of all marketing activities across our fashion and eCommerce business.

The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination between the Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Content Writer, Media Buyer, Shopify Developer, Finance Department, and Management Team.

Marketing Operations & Project ManagementCoordinate and manage daily marketing operations and project executionManage task assignments, deadlines, and deliverables using ClickUpFollow up with Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Media Buyers, and Shopify DevelopersOrganize weekly marketing meetings and weekly alignment meetings with FinanceTrack team deliverables, responsibilities, deadlines, and performancePrepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reportsMonitor marketing KPIs and business performance Marketing & Campaign ManagementCoordinate marketing calendars, campaigns, promotions, and product launchesAssist in planning and executing Meta and TikTok advertising campaignsSupport the Media Buyer in developing sales funnels including Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retargeting, and Retention campaignsConduct competitor analysis and market researchCoordinate campaign planning, creative requirements, timelines, and performance reviews Budget Planning & Performance ManagementCoordinate with the Finance Department to review monthly and campaign budgetsFollow approved budgeting and profitability plans established by the Finance DepartmentTranslate budget allocations into actionable marketing plans and campaign strategiesWork closely with the Media Buyer to ensure advertising budgets are distributed correctly across campaigns and funnel stagesSupport the Media Buyer in creating effective media buying plans based on business objectives, inventory levels, budgets, and sales targetsMonitor advertising spend and ensure alignment with approved budgets Email & SMS MarketingPlan and execute weekly Email Marketing campaignsPlan and execute weekly SMS Marketing campaigns

• Manage customer segmentation and campaign schedulingMonitor campaign performance and reportingExperience with Shopify and Odoo ERP Email & SMS Marketing tools is preferred Shopify & Website CoordinationCoordinate with the Shopify Developer to ensure website updates are completed on timeFollow up on uploading banners, covers, landing pages, collections, and campaign assetsCoordinate discounts, promotions, bundles, coupon codes, and seasonal offersEnsure website content aligns with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines Brand & Creative CoordinationCoordinate with the Creative Director to ensure brand consistency across all channelsFollow up with the Graphic Designer to ensure all creative assets comply with brand guidelines including typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity Promotions & Seasonal PlanningPlan marketing activities and promotional calendars in advanceDevelop promotional concepts and offers for Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, White Friday, Summer Sales, Back-to-School, and seasonal launchesCoordinate campaign execution across paid advertising, website, email marketing, SMS marketing, and social media channels Leadership & CoordinationDemonstrate strong leadership, ownership, and accountabilityEnsure effective communication between Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Management teamsLead weekly planning and performance meetingsEnsure projects are delivered on time and according to company standards

1–3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Coordination, or Project ManagementHave an experience in Fashion & eCommerce industryFluency in EnglishStrong understanding of Digital Marketing and eCommerce operationsExperience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads ManagerExperience with Shopify and Odoo ERP

• Experience with Email Marketing and SMS MarketingStrong knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management toolsStrong reporting and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsHave an experience in Fashion or eCommerce industry
