Marketing Coordinator (Production Specialist)

Alfa Medical Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator (Production Specialist) to support the execution and coordination of marketing and production activities across the group.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and follow up on marketing production requests and projects.Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.Track project timelines, deliverables, and production schedules.Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are maintained in all produced materials.Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to the marketing department.Monitor inventory of marketing and promotional materials.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or marketing support role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.Willingness to work outdoors and travel within assigned areas.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Experience in healthcare or medical sector is a plus.
